The Department of Pediatrics and Child Health at Lady Reading Hospital is committed to providing state of the art Clinical Services and Quality Care to Children.During this structured programme I handled various patients in Outpatient Department,Patients in Emergency and Neonatl Units under direct and indirect supervison as well independently.Completed successfully all mandatory and elective Rotations including General Paediatric,Emergency Paediatric,Neonatology and Paediatric Cardiology,Paediatric Haemoncology and Paediatric ICU.Regular MDTs with Paediatric Surgery,Radiology and other Departments.In this Period I worked in close collaboration with other Paediatric subspecialties like Paediatric Gastroenterology,Paediatric Haemoncology and Paediatric Surgery.last one and a half year of my training a Junior Registrarship position was offered to me and I taken as an opportunity and challenge to work hard and efficiently to build my clinical skills and experience for Patient Care safety and overall Benefits.this position give me the opportunity to prepare rounds for Senior Consultants,arranging CPCs Journal Clubs and Mortality meetins for better patients outcome,admitt and Discharge patients independently,making Rota and placing Junior Trainee on various stations as per CPSP rules and regulations.
